After detailed psychoeducation, I will draw up an individual treatment plan with you, possibly in collaboration with colleagues in the hub or even external specialists, as well as medical institutions.
In addition to the pathological, there are more good reasons for therapy. Everyone comes into situations in which they want peace and security. A place where confusing or negatively drastic experiences can be processed without value. Especially people with demanding jobs, such as my medical colleagues, managers, teachers, lawyers, mothers, can feel burnt out without being able to name a problem. Because health is more than just abstinence from physical or mental ailments, but, in an ideal state, complete well-being. A personal strength that is based on physical and psychological strength, so that we have the capacity to master social and everyday role obligations with vigour.
My goal is to establish a trusting treatment-patient relationship with you so that you feel in good hands at all times. So that I can fully support you in maintaining or restoring your health.
